1. Setting up the IFP on Stand

  1. Unbox Maxhub stand and setup the stand according to manual
  2. Unbox the IFP and mount it to the stand with another person assistance.
  3. Plug in the computer module (if delivered in box)
  4. Plug in the WIFI module on the slot below the panel, remove the cover before insert the WIFI module (if delivered in box)
  5. Connect power cord to the panel.
  6. Power on on the power.
  7. Go through some standard setup screen to update profile information
  8. Join to your office wireless network and follow the steps to register the IFP.
  9. Done setup and ready to use.

2. Install Software to IFP (Windows)

  1. Make the IFP connected to Internet (if software need to be downloaded from Internet)
  2. Download and install just like in your computer.
  3. Common software: Cloud storage (Onedrive, Drive, Dropbox, Sync, Box, AmazonDrive, & etc….) Video Conference tools (Zoom, Meet, Team, Webex, & etc…)
  4. Launch the software, login and start to use it. 

3. Share Computer / Mobile / Tablet / Mac Screen to IFP

  1. Install MAXHUB Share software into computer or Install the mobile app Maxhub share in Google Play / Apple App Store
  2. Power on IFP
  3. Join into IFP hotspot (Slide down the Pin Code from top right of the panel  / Connect devices same wired or wireless network with IFP
  4. Open the MAXHUB Share application, enter the 6 alphanumeric code display on the screen
  5. Click start SHARE button to share the device screen to IFP.

4. Share Computer / Mobile / Tablet / Mac Screen to IFP using Screen Sharing Dongle

  1. Plug screen sharing dongle to IFP (for first time only) to pair the dongle with IFP
  2. Plug the dongle to computer / Mac want to share the screen
  3. Browse the application in the USB drive, launch the program to install necessary components to computer system.
  4. In the MAXHUB Share, enter the 6 alphanumeric code display on the screen
  5. Click start SHARE button to share the computer screen.

5. Insert annotation during screen sharing or discussion.

  1. Slide from left or right from the IFP to make the annotation function visible
  2. Start to use the tool
  3. Slide from bottom to change the pen color, eraser, and other functions.
  4. Call to Share note by scanning the QR to download the notes. (need to be same wireless or network with IFP)

6. Insert small note during screen sharing or discussion.

  1. Slide from left bottom or right bottom on the screen of the IFP
  2. A quarter screen size whiteboard will display and you can start to write.
  3. You may change the pen color or hide the small note using the control
  4. You may move the small note around the screen by using 2 finger touch (hold and move)
  5. If you need to have bigger whiteboard, you can click the import botton to import the note to whiteboard.

7. Change the camera capture setting

  1. To access the camera setting, Click the camara on side bar 
  2. To access camera setting, click on the setting botton.
  3. The V6 camera have 3 capture modes (Auto-Zoom (camera will adjust the area to capture depend on people moving around) , Sound Source (the camera zoom in to the speaker), Manual)
  4. Note: The auto-zoom and Sound source will have 2-4 second delay before adjust the screen)
